Tampa Bay attorney Jason Perry maintains a general civil practice throughout the Tampa Bay area, with particular experience and expertise in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation, and consumer law, including foreclosure defense. Mr. Perry worked for several years as an attorney with the Department of Defense, where he represented the federal government in several hundred administrative hearings. Now in private practice, Mr. Perry helps military and government employees and government contractors to obtain and maintain the proper level of security clearances needed to perform their jobs.

A native of Iowa, Jason Perry is licensed to practice law in Florida and Iowa. He is also licensed in Ohio and worked there as a mediator for the Cuyahoga County Domestic Relations Court in Cleveland as part of a new dispute resolution division of the court, helping parties to resolve their parenting issues without litigation.
