Clearwater attorney Arthur Draper focuses his practice on bankruptcy, personal injury and employment law in Hillsborough and Pinellas counties, although he has represented clients in court hearings, trials, mediations and depositions in over a dozen Florida counties. Mr. Draper is dedicated to representing individuals in personal injury matters and protecting consumers throughout west central Florida.

Mr. Draper earned his Juris Doctorate degree, from Stetson University College of Law, Gulfport, Florida, where he was the recipient of the Victor O’Wheele award for excellence in trial advocacy, an honor bestowed by the faculty. He further studied trial and courtroom tactics and procedures at Pepperdine University in California.

In addition to being an able and experienced lawyer, Mr. Draper is also a commercial pilot certified flight instructor, instrument instructor and advanced ground instructor. Prior to entering law school, Mr. Draper helped many student pilots earn their wings as their flight instructor.
